Dr David Watson is a great vet. 'nough said.
I had a very disappointing experience at Brandon Veterinary Clinic. While the doctor was very kind and seemed knowledgeable, the practices of the front desk staff were unethical, and communication was extremely poor. The staff at the front desk were dismissive and unprofessional. On multiple visits, I encountered rude behavior and a lack of knowledge regarding pricing and medication details. Bear had a great experience here. Everybody was very polite and helpful. They went above and beyond his care. They even found some things I hadn’t asked for. Bear has had difficulty at other locations and didn’t have any problems here. I’ll be back! Thank you!
