Amazing people who are always willing to help with a super clean environment. Wide variety of machinery to work on any muscle you can think of.
I visit this gym every time I come back to Brandon to visit my parents. I’ve been to both the other gyms in town and this is my favorite. The owner is so friendly and responsive which is a bonus. They also have a very nice hot yoga studio although I haven’t been able to make it to a class yet.
