I had to replace an ac compressor, evaporator core, and extension valve because the dealer I got my Subaru from didn’t bother to check. My service advisor Kelsey went above and beyond for me and they were all extremely nice. I also got a loaner to help as well at no additional cost. Absolutely recommend them for service!
Absolutely love the functionality of the new service department. Staff is always friendly, Kelsey is our favorite service writer. I’m never there too long, however, I wouldn’t mind because the waiting area has great snacks. We just started bringing my mom’s car here as well, and she loves it too.

I love Subaru vehicles. Mine is 10 years old and does not have a single rattle. I want a new one, but the headrest on the new Crosstrek do not adjust forward and backward only up and down (that is the reason we were four stars). However, this store is very clean and the employees are helpful.
