I carried my Crosstrek in for service because of notifications. Kelsey was my service advisor and did an outstanding job explaining to me what was going on and what needed to be done. Put me in a loaner, gave me a estimated time to be completed and sent me on my way. Kelsey stayed in contact, informed me that things would be a little earlier than expected.
