I bought a 2024 Suburu Outback XT this week! Jacob was my salesperson and he went the extra mile. Not only did he meet me to test drive the car but he showed me every feature the car had. After that, it wasn't hard to fall in love with the vehicle! He also listened to what my parameters were to get me exactly what I wanted. The leadership at the lot was involved every step of the way and was so accommodating. Finance was even a breeze! Thank you for making the car buying experience fun!
I have owned my subaru for a few years now. I honestly have never had a better experience from the sales to the service. No matter how rich or poor I am I will never buy another make and will always have Brandon Tomes Subaru as my first dealership choice.
Experience was great. Service by all personnel was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and kind. All the way around. We had assistance from Cameron who greeted us, Keisha the technology wiz, Curtis our sales rep, Jeff in sales mgmt, and Addison in finance. All around a super experience. And we love our 2026 Outback Touring model!
Our salesman was top notch! We came in with an idea of what we wanted, and he helped build on that idea by showing us a collection of SUVs that fit the bill. He even helped us get a good deal and went way beyond the call of duty by helping me with the app and explaining all the features. He also wasn't going to let us drive our new SUV away until he inspected it to make sure everything was perfect.
Thank you Jason (technician) for your expertise and mechanical skills. Just brought back my SUV from a well-known Auto shop with a new groaning/creaking noise after $3k of repairs. Only Brandon Tomes Subaru could show me on video what the issues were and rectify! Never going back to the previous established Auto/Body Services.
