I had the best experience I’ve ever had at Brandon Tomes Subaru in McKinney. From the time I walked in the door until the time I left I was at ease I’m not one for all the back and forth bantering that I’ve had experiences with in the past. All I wanted was a no nonsense approach without all the stress. They delivered what they promised. Bought a brand new 2024 Subaru Outback Touring at this place but this car was identified air conditioning issue within a year of the purchase date. The service advisor inspected and only said this was a manufacturer problem that did not add enough Freon. Although this rarely happens in a brand-new vehicle, I let them complete the work to add enough Freon to fix the AC issue.
