The dealership was very good to work with, however, I dont like being sent upstairs to finish to transaction. We decided on the out the door price, if I wanted to blow my budget I would have done it when negotiating the out the door price.
Very friendly and the ad was accurate on the car. Brittany was great and helpful. And I bought the car. Was very smooth dealing!!
Great experience! We purchased the car. However, they do add a $995 fee, so be aware that their list price does not include it.
AVOID. Once you come to the dealership they change the prices and the car I was interested in was not even in the condition they described. They told me I could NOT get my mechanic to check the used car I was interested in. Untrustworthy and rude about it.
Great experience from start to finish. Obi was very knowledgeable about the crosstrek and showed me all the safety features. I will definitely go back. They are very professional and courteous.
David was wonderful. They sold the car before I could drive over there. I have learned my lesson, only shop in my zip code. I drove an hour.
