Mason was the best!! Great service!
I had a wonderful experience at Brandon Tomes Mitsubishi in Mckinney. I had a recall initially however once they took my car back and looked closer I had some warranty and non warranty items to be repaired upon a more detailed inspection. Mason was awesome in explaining what I could have repaired now and what the over all cost would be. It's never easy to hear that your car needs work however Mason seemed to take the "sting" out of it. Mason treated me with respect and kindness. I just purchased my Outlander. I was a bit skeptical about buying a Mitsubishi but your staff really do care and made the buying process and the service process easy and worry free. Chase from the finance department really stepped up during purchase. Giovanni and Logan were super kind and thorough. Polite. Definitely coming back and recommending this dealership.
