Great experience the medical assistant was very detail oriented. this office (Murphy) office seems to have it together much better than the ROWLETT office esp rowlett office manager was VERY VERY rude even to the PHYSICIAN . I'm surprised. More people in fact I'm sure people have complained ..It looked like the Dr was afraid or rattled by her as well. But this office ( MURPHY) seems to have professional people working at Baylor exceptional level as expected! Kudos to baylor Murphy!!
I was very pleased with my experience at BS&W. Dr Sivoravong, though young, had a lot of enthusiasm. He asked probing questions. He listened to all my concerns and questions. He answered all my questions and provided reasonable answer and solutions. If you are looking for a new primary care physician, I think you would be well served to visit Dr Sivoravong.
