Brandon is wonderful and has a way to make you feel at ease. He is clear on explaining things and he seems to generally care about your health. The problem is his nurse. His nurse will be the downfall of his reputation. The nurse absolutely has zero empathy and will refuse to admit if a mistake was made on there end. I had a problem with some meds that made me nauseous and i called to see if another solution was possible. He is nice. His nurses? I heard them whispering insults about me in the hallway while I was in the waiting room saying I was "faking" my pain that I've suffered with for over 10 years and just trying to find some help...i just wanted to cry...
No wait. Used simple,understandable terms when explaining procedures. Answer all questions. Very helpful.
Had to wait two and a half hours to see him then he spent 5 minutes with me. Nothing accomplished.
