great service, no hidden costs, professional and efficient staff
Booked for service on 09/01, was supposed to leave key under door mat, I forgot. Front door was unlocked (silly me forgetting not to lock it) but they still let themselves into my place without permission from myself (the tenant of the unit). I now feel very unsafe in my unit and am too scared to return
Friendly, flexible, kind. I'm a renter so had two guys come around for an electrical safety check. Scheduling a time for them to come was a total breeze, even though I had to reschedule once. I really appreciated the relaxed nature of the person on the phone each time they called, I felt bad for having to move it around / missing calls but their "no dramas" attitude totally put me at ease.
