He took on my case in January 2023 and we won against my former employer denying unemployment benefits. After that I wanted to pursue a Wrongful Termination suit against former employer and to get feedback on options and he will NOT return my numerous calls, text and emails. Very unprofessional. I am not a client. I did try to reach out to Attorney Atwater beginning 2 weeks ago when I was denied UI for reason not attribuate to the employer. I spoke with his Paralegal on several occasions. First he said Attorney would call me at 3pm on 1/11, I never heard back. I called the next day and Johan stated he had several hearings he was prepping for. In our brief conversation with Brandon Atwater on the matter of an appeal, our experience with him was top notch! He had a very short time to prepare for the hearing but yet he quickly covered ground, made me comfortable with what might take place in the telephone hearing, and was very thorough in his work, and knew his matter well. He is someone who is quick, a problem solver, and genuine! I would definitely recommend him for any employment-related issues and income-related disputes.
