Terrible experience. This is not a you can't make everyone happy situation, this is one where they did not disclose damage on a new trailer purchase, tried to hide the it, and not correct their negligence. Purchasing and delivery of a brand new Sun Lite 16BH on July 15, 2021 was smooth. Our sales associate, John, was helpful and professional. Cheapest prices and great service from everyone there.
Bought a brand new 2018 camper got it home noticed dents in the roof called them and had to play phone tag with them then finally we were able to bring it back so they could see for them selfs talked with them two days later and their answer was it clearly got hit by a tree and call a lawyer if you want us to fix it only two weeks of owning it and haven't even used it yet we are not very happy
I'll never buy a camper from them again! One of the worst experiences! The owner will tell you everything you want to hear then not back up what he says..oh and the manager out right calls u a liar! So disrespectful

Purchased a Gulfstream amerilite travel trailer from them. They were in a rush to sell it us but then it took 4 hours on the day of pick up to get it off the lot. When looking at it we noticed a constant beeping they said they would find and fix it now come to find out it's the CO2 sensor they never bothered to fix.
