Terrible experience. This is not a you can't make everyone happy situation, this is one where they did not disclose damage on a new trailer purchase, tried to hide the it, and not correct their negligence. Purchasing and delivery of a brand new Sun Lite 16BH on July 15, 2021 was smooth. Our sales associate, John, was helpful and professional.
