Brandon was fantastic! I had a unique situation where I was selling a house as Power of Attorney for my aunt and uncle who went into assisted living. Despite the challenges, Brandon made the process seemless and kept me informed every step of he way. The price for the house was over asking, the closing date was right on time, and the check was ready the next day.
