When I contacted Brandon psychiatric Group, I was told that because of the controlled substance clonazepam that I have been prescribed for over 4 years, that I would have to make an appointment for an office visit in order for Her to prescribe the medication to me. I made appointment and when I seen Her, she adamantly refused to prescribe my medication clonazepam for me because I had run out 4 days prior and she would not prescribe it for me. Absolutely terrible practice with awful policies. If you actually want treatment, and to not have to be rescheduled over and over (his appt was rescheduled 4 times), go literally anywhere else. Also, if you were referred here by somewhere else... Go elsewhere. Apparently, their "policy" is not to prescribe medication on the first visit. They'll make you pay a ridiculous amount, because they can't figure out computers that every other doctor's office has somehow figured out, only to say that you will just have to suck up with... read more
