We really appreciate the prompt response from the plumber and the consultation and honesty from him! We contacted this service after experiencing some issues with our sewer main. They responded within a few minutes and our plumber, arrived at our door 30 mins later. One of my mom's tenants had a clogged kitchen sink. It was New Year's Eve, so I thought it would certainly be a problem to get someone to come clear it. However, when I called this service, the dispatcher, who is very nice, sent someone right over. They charged us what they promised. No hidden fees or tacked-on services. Great, speedy job. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
