Walked in for my appointment today, all to be told that the doctor isn’t coming in today. I was not notified at all prior to my appointment that he wasn’t going to be here. Very unprofessional for patients to drive all the way to be told this and not be notified at all

They don't even deserve 1 star. Made us wait 30 mins when we made an allocated time appointment. Seems like they double book and try to squeeze in as many bookings as possible. Receptionists are super rude and condescending.
