Both my husband and I have been going to this clinic for a long time. After Dr King retired (whom we loved) we started seeing Dr Nakkeeran and we liked him a lot. He listens and explains and give examples, very engaging and we do not mind waiting. I saw Dr Sivapalan once, she talks and not listen. I will never see her again. Other Doctors are quite good too. This place is like the emergency at the hospital , the only difference here that you will wait for a couple of hours even if you have booked in , they are so slow that the receptionist have time to do vacuum, wash clothes and prep dinner for later aswell while you are getting sick from the other 35 patient in the waiting room , good luck if you want to keep coming back
Terrible terrible terrible. I have no idea why they bother with appointments, we have currently been waiting for our appointment for over an hour and there people who have been in the waiting room even longer. Absolutely zero respect for peoples time.
Extremely disappointing communication and service experience. I had a confirmed appointment at 10:30am, and before 9:00am I received a missed call from the clinic. When I arrived at 10:30, the receptionist informed me that the doctor had cancelled all appointments for the day and had “called me.” When I asked how many times they tried, she admitted it was only once.
