My experience to date rates 4 star. I much prefer the personal touch my previous doctor had but it was a much smaller practice. It is great that epidurals can be done right there during an appointment. Staff very nice.
I loved it when I first started going a few years ago. Doctor Miguel was friendly and helpful, we were always exploring our options and trying different medications. However, the longer I was there the more it felt I was falling beneath the cracks. Ive had many issues with the staff, which Dr. Miguel completely ignored when I confronted him about it and once even went as far as to tell me he doubted the whole situation ever even took place but refused to look into the matter further.
