The mature woman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The young women at the front desk, are curt and not so helpful. The young woman at the front desk didn’t help and didn’t care why my X-ray was not on my chart. The medical care staff were great, they were caring, thorough, and correctly diagnosed my problem.

I became awkward of O'Connor by going past it one day. Then one day I tried to clean my eyes of wax, and it made it that I couldn't hear at all. I needed someone to help get the excess wax out. My cousin told me of a place in NJ-an hour away, to go to, but the more I thought about it, i thought I would try to find a place closer. I called O'Connors and asked if they cleaned ears and they said yes I went there and the service was great! I didn't wait long and the person who cleaned my ear was very gentle. I’ve been to my fair share of urgent cares (because it’s always my luck to get sick on a weekend or when I’m away on vacation), and this was by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had. From the women working the front desk, to the nurse taking my vitals, to the MD who I saw, every single person so kind and helpful and easy to talk with.
