I may be partial because I work here. However my mother chose this facility after her knee replacement several years ago and would have given 5 stars. This was before Fishwick was built 2 years ago. Now she would have to go off the charts. Great lifecare community as well!!!!
I have held off on giving this review because I didn't know if Brandon Oaks could live up to the "appearance" that everything was as good as it seemed to be. (But it is.) My mom moved into your community over a year ago and has repeatedly mentioned that it is one of the best decisions she has ever made. The staff is kind, caring, and responsive. Brandon Oaks feels like home. Knowing my parents are surrounded by loving friends and people who work here is valuable beyond measure.
I feel that Brandon Oaks is the best in offering long term care for people of the community! From Independent living to assisted living to the nursing and rehab center! My family and I have experienced nothing but professionalism at all levels! Fantastic place to live for the rest of your life! They have so much to offer it is ridiculous!
