Disappointing. Booked with a particular nail tech @ 10 am only to have someone else start (late) and 20 min into appointment before booked tech was finished with prior appointment and arrived. By that point she was unable to fix/change some of the work already done.
Absolutely love the work Tracy does on my nails! All of the staff are always so pleasant whenever I visit, great chats, and strong nails! Highly recommend!
