The whole staff was Very professional, and very patient from my initial phone call to my first visit as a new patient,with many questions about my health.
I was previously attending another clinic for years in which they didn't pay attention to patient care and extremely unorganized and lack of medical knowledge. I was getting worse and worse as they multiplied meds continuously and did nothing to make my conditions better. If I could give Brandon Medical Care more *Stars I would. Doctor Vaghasiya truly cares for his patients. Also, the office staff is Extremely Caring, Friendly & Efficient. My original office visit was in 2023. Todays appointment in 2025 was Excellent as always!
Called and made an appointment and gave them my insurance information. It would have been nice of them to tell me that they are out of network with United Healthcare. Ended up being very expensive even though I got their phone number off of the United Healthcare website where they were listed as in network.
There are places that change the way you think and this was one of them. Since I called on the phone, the girl who helped me was very kind, charismatic and enthusiastic. I didn't have to wait at all for the doctor. Once I saw him I knew he had made a great choice. The doctor is a person who has a lot of wisdom. He knows the reason for everything he asked him. Everyone in the office is very good. and when I finished the other girl who checked me out was great. thanks for all.
