I've called several times to have my doctor send over a authorization So I can stop paying out of pocket for my medication. The last time I called they put me on hold for an hour (all together, after several attempts) I ended up hanging up. They never called back, never followed through on what they said they were going to do.

If I could give Brandon Medical Care more *Stars I would. Doctor Vaghasiya truly cares for his patients. Also, the office staff is Extremely Caring, Friendly & Efficient.
Since when do you have to pay an office visit for My blood test results? And Dr v.. he was nice in the beginning but he changed. I am not too fond of him like in the beginning..The front desk girls are the best. They are so nice.
