Been a long time customer here... really liked Dr. Braud, God bless him but I've had my cleaning canceled and rescheduled multiple times this year, show up today for my 11am appointment and it's locked up closed. This isn't the 1st time this has happened for a Saturday appointment. Time to find a new dentist.
Website says you're open SATURDAYS? WONDER WHY THE LIGHTS ARE OUT AND THE DOORS LOCKED THEN.. WEBSITE ALSO SAYS OPEN FROM 9 TO 5. CLOSED ON FRIDAY AT 4 PM? BRANDON WOULD HAVE NEVER LET THIS B.S SLIDE.....
Stay clear of this place! Go elsewhere, they like to fraud and steal from people. Myself and my children were seen here, just to be told we all had several cavities and needed dental work done. After going in to have so called cavities filled, they made more appointments to come back for more fillings. I decided to go elsewhere for a second opinion. Only to be told we had no cavities!! Makes me sick that they are lying, stealing and cheating people.
This is a bad dental clinic, if I could give a 0 star i definitely would. My husband returned There once again trying to give them Another chance after they chipped a molar from fixing the one next to it, and now returned to wait more than 3 hours, and to be told he needed a root canal and a implant, they always say he needs all this work and never do the work and bill the insurance, he was also told he had infection and would sent the prescription over to the pharmacy for infection and pain and never did. The actual dentistry side of this place is great. The organization however is subpar. There are children behind the secretary counter being loud, presumably one of their kids'. I had an appointment for 12, when I arrived they couldn't find me and it turned out it's because someone forgot to put me on the schedule. Idk if it was due to that or something else, but I didn't get behind the doors until after 12:45 which is quite frustrating since I arrived early for an appointment that was supposed to start at noon.
