I had a appointment that was made 6 months ago with a Dr. Louie. The appointment was on 5/20/2024 I went to the office that I have always gone to. They are no longer at that office, I tried another location that was listed, there was no Dr. Louie listed on their directory, yet both show on line and they are open. I never received a call that they had moved either. None of the phone numbers work that show under this Dr.s Name. This is Very frustrating. Dr Louie performed a cystoscope on my brother in law almost two weeks ago and I were to do a follow up appointment with my brother in law at Dr Louie clinic well I left two messages with their call service for a call to schedule a follow up appointment no one has called back from the doctors office plus I called was told to hold on but got hung up on after waiting on hold for 30 minutes then I called back waited 20 minutes before someone picked up and when I said hello they held the phone for 2minutes then hung up never said... read more
