My wife and I used this plumbing service because we had a few plumbing problems not big but needed attention. We made an appointment and two gentleman showed up. They “ on “ took care of the problems in 45 minutes. My wife still could not turn on the cold water and the warm water faucet leaked. Brandon was highly recommended by a trusted friend. He did not personally do the work at our house; instead a man and a young kid came. When I opened the door the man asked, “is this the house?” Didn’t identify himself or ask my name. They replaced our kitchen faucet, a bathroom faucet & 2 toilet handles. They were also to repair a leaky set tub faucet. Hour & a half later they were done & presented a bill for nearly $700, not itemized but just a general description of the work.
