If you want a realtor that goes above and beyond to help you make the right decision in Real Estate, Brandon is your guy. He was consistently available to answer any questions we had. We weren't the easiest clients to deal with and Brandon did everything he could to ensure that we knew what we were getting into and that we knew everything we needed to about our future home. He spent a lot of time helping my daughter with her first-time home. Explained things (more than once), had her best interests in mind when the seller wasn't going to pay remaining assessment costs (it got paid!), and was so good about pointing out things without judgement, letting her decide if something was a deal breaker.
