My son had an appointment schedule and we were called by office canceling it 30 minutes before. I told them it would have been nice to been told before as he missed school. I was told they would send me a letter stating that they canceled the appointment to turn into the school cause the school was trying to take my sons credits. I still haven't received the letter and the school took my sons credits. I called and was told by the after hours line there was nothing they could do. Dr. Jenson was professional and clear in his communication with me, provided realistic expectations and delivered care in an effective and competent manner. His team was fantastic and while I didn’t want surgery, I feel like the experience was exactly what it should be. My questions were answered, my concerns were addressed and I felt like I was prepared for the experience. Excellent care from Dr. Jenson and his team!
