Dr. Erickson is a skilled physician, but the office’s administrative handling was unacceptable. My PRP procedure in May 2025 was fully pre-approved by insurance, yet the claim wasn’t submitted for more than five months. I was later told I couldn’t move forward with treatment until payment was received — even though the delay was entirely administrative. This experience was stressful, disorganized, and unprofessional. I will be seeking care elsewhere.
Dr Erickson is an outstanding physician from start to finish-diagnosis, treatment, communication, availability, knowledge nd approach. My opinion is shared by many as I know several of his patients personally and the staff at NWH PT RAVES about him as well, and they see the aftermath, they know!
I know Dr. Erickson when , was ROTHMAN Sports . He’s an amazing professional . An Surgeon. I’m back for a Rota cuff. And wouldn’t Think of anyone else! Northwest got, one of the BEST ORTHOPEDIC DOCTORS!!
