It took weeks for me to even get into contact with my lawyer after speaking with the paralegal and in total over a two month period I spoke with attorney valliux for a total for 45 minutes to build my case he never called me with any updates I had to call him every time which most wouldn’t even be answered and I would have to wait for hours to get a call back. Was going perfect in the first 8 months after that the communication from the Paralegals were awful no one calls you back for days no one keeps you informed of changes about your case. Just awful. I have never experienced this at any other law firm .
