Dr. Hicks is an amazing doctor. He really cares about his patients. Not to mention he actually takes the time to listen and provide reasonable solutions. He doesnt throw medication at the problem hoping that it fixes the problem.
This is about Ochsner not about Dr Hicks! I'm sick of calling this facility with their new and established identification methods and speaking leaving information for callbacks. Call back takes extremely long times for me I have did phone calls and have calls yet to be returned. Change needs to be made, or they're going to lose me as a patient!!!!
