Larry was our technician for installation of a new coil on our AC system. He has been our tech on a couple previous occasions and has always been courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. We have been pleased with his work each time he has been to our home. Our new coil was installed in a very neat and efficient manner. He always makes good suggestions and looks to improve our equipment whenever possible.
For the past three years, we've had a maintenance contract with Brandon Heating & Cooling, and our eleven-year-old system is in perfect working order. Our technician today was an extremely nice, friendly young man. He did an amazing job and thoroughly explained everything to me. I enjoy knowing why and what is required. Thank you guys!!
Dealt with Brandon Heating & Cooling firm regarding new furnace and AC options. He was very helpful throughout the process, recommending affordable options that fit our home's needs. Also after purchase and installation of our new equipment, they explained the new unit to us. Overall we've had a great experience with Brandon Heating & Cooling and would highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a new furnace or AC unit or that needs their equipment serviced or maintained!!
Brandon Heating & Cooling team performed an excellent job installing the furnace. The final setup was well-organized and tidy, with no corners cut. They patiently answered all of my questions and walked me through the operation/maintenance. The new furnace has been performing admirably and balancing the heat better than my previous system.
We are extremely happy that Jeremy was able to come to us late on a Sunday on one of the coldest winter days I can recall in order to re-start our heating system. He was pleasant and professional, and he assisted us in getting a warm night's sleep in the freezing temperatures. Couldn't have asked for a better service person. Would definitely recommend him!
