Dr. Brandon Gaynor did a fabulous job with my back surgery after we were involved in a head on collision. His knowledge and bedside manners are impeccable! Very thankful for him!!
Dr. Gaynor is excellent and I cannot recommend him enough but his support staff (scheduling, front desk) are horribly inept. They seem incapable or unwilling to complete the most mundane of tasks and when called out on it, offer no apology whatsoever. Phone calls are never returned and timely requests are blatantly ignored. I can’t believe that a doctor as competent as he is, working in a facility as nice as Neuro is settles for this type of behavior. Sad.
Dr Gaynor and his staff at amazing. His nurse went above and beyond for my husband. Once Dr Gayner saw my husbands records, he took on his case. In January my husband had his back surgery. We did his follow-up this week and he is healing amazing. They gave my husband his life back. There isn't enough thank you that I can say.
My family and I are very thankful to Dr. Gaynor and his staff at the NeuroMedical Center for their professional and caring treatment. From the nurses to the forms department, everyone made my experience a stress free zone. I have been suffering with debilitating pain in my right lower back for over 2 years, that really impacted my life in many ways.
