Purchased in Westbrooke Townhomes off Betts Road right outside Greenbrier in Robertson county. In our opinion, the unit had very poor quality construction and the development has some very dangerous issues. ** Build Issues - Inadequate insulation and improper installation. Our unit had around 10 inches of loosely blown insulation with an R factor of about 20. The room upstairs had the insulation improperly installed with gaps of no actual insulation whatsoever.
