I am soon to be 57 and after some surgeries, being rear ended twice 6 months apart and recouping for the last two years, I put on a lot of weight, my knees don't seem to remember how to work and I was feeling totally just plain broken. After doing much research in the Brandon area for a fitness facility, I came across Brandon Fit Body Boot Camp. After reviewing the website, watching the videos of the coach and his members, I decided to give it a try. I am very particular about my workouts.
