Fantastic caring courteous helpful staff . I got my glasses well within the promised time frame and they were perfect .
Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. Ordered glasses for myself, and the salesman told me it would be one or two days to have glasses in. I thought that was fast so I asked the check out clerk who said one to two weeks . It took exactly two weeks, so it was fair. Then I referred my boyfriend to them. He ordered a pair and upgraded the lenses. He was told two weeks and after two weeks had passed, he called to learn they were not in. Another week goes by he asks me to call.
