This company is sooo good I will use them for all electric work.
My wife and I are 71 years old. we asked Brandon Electric for a Quote for a simple strip of plugs so our computer wires don't look a 'Beehive'. They quoted us $600- and charged us $150 for the visit which they said will be credited back to us when we approve the job. We approved the job and they never answered our numerous calls to find out when they will come to do it. We have not had any return calls or heard from them since. Your initial call was to check for sufficient power for your husband's computers that you felt might not be correct. You were quoted a $145.00 diagnostic fee for us to come out and test power, per your request. Brandon Electric has pulled all documentation and pictures from our software system. We have spoken with the technician and supervisor who would have been on call that day and verified the technician did theappropriate task. Hello, this contractor refused to stay behind the warranty. Two breakers need to be replaced under manufacturers warranty such breakers do not break without the reason. Such breakers break only if installed incorrectly. We originally had a great experience with the company. This time, not so much. They came out to do the job and didn't have the proper equipment even though we had someone come on site to provide a quote. We then got 3 different iterations of a quote and finally on the second attempt they came in to move a light fixture and to install the light. We contracted with Brandon Electric on 02/04/2019 for a 22KW generac standby generator with an install date of 2/22/19 On 05/28 2019 they brought the generator And collected $7,000.00. They came back on 05/29/2019 to finish the install and collected the balance of $4,322.78 and activated our warranty BEFORE they started it up to ensure it works.
