I'd give Dr. Brandon Newell & his team at BayCare 6 stars if I could. I knew the minute we met he was the perfect person to work with my son on extraction/bone graft/implant. His assistant Brad always called after procedures to check in--which is THE BEST--& Hailey was a champion with insurance/billing. To BayCare: You are lucky to have these people. To the whole team at this office: You are awesome! (But I don't want to see you again. HA HA!) Thank you all. I'll sort of miss you! ;)
Dr. Newell was on call during a holiday weekend and he was kind to treat my dental emergency following wisdom teeth extraction by another provider. I am so grateful he listened to my concerns with my dry socket and immediately got me in and eased my pain. He was very kind and professional. Thank you so much Dr. Newell! Highly recommend!
Dr. Newell and Assistant, Teresa walked and talked me through the whole procedure, listened to my concerns and fears, and thus creating a dental experience that went so great for someone who has had no so good experiences with dentists. I would recommend both of them for oral dental care. Thank you to the both of you for helping me get past my biggest fear, dental work!
For a visit I've been absolutely terrified about, it was a breeze. The comfort level was perfect. This was quick, educated, and even a little fun. The hygienist (2) were amazing. The personalities I met today are the kinds you wish you could everyday! This is the best team for anyone with anxiety. You'll be in good hands.
BayCare is extremely lucky to have a guy like Dr.Newell! His genuine kind, caring and compassionate nature are immeasurable! He was aware I had anxiety issue’s and was nothing short of calming and always asking if I was doing ok! He also called me later that afternoon after the surgery to check on me!
