If I could give zero stars, I would. Everyone was nice on the initial visit. We went through pre-op, then two days before my surgery, I got a call from Dr. Downs office saying my surgery was denied because I had a cortisone shot. I explained that I didn't and she argued wit me. I said I am the patient and I am telling you I DID NOT get a shot. Then she just kept laughing.
