If you want a doctor's office to be there for you when you are in a pinch, this is not it! I realized last minute before going on vacation that I needed my prescription refilled. I called and left a message on Monday (heard nothing) and called back Wednesday (again nothing). They called back on Thursday only to tell me that I had to come in to see the doctor before they would renew my prescription. I’m leaving a one-star review because I had a disappointing experience with this practice after receiving a diagnosis that ultimately appeared to be incorrect. After months of treatment with no improvement, I sought additional opinions from other dermatologists. Two independent evaluations contradicted the original diagnosis and aligned with each other, giving me far more confidence in the alternative explanation. Worthless. Just another money hungry business.
Dr. Sanjay Agarwal is an excellent doctor. He is attentive and compassionate. He helped clear up my psoriasis and helped me navigate the formidable and complex web of bureaucracy involved in getting the appropriate medication. I can't speak highly enough of him.
From the moment we opened the door until we left it was a very positive experience. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Nicole was with Dr. Agarwal. She is a doll and so smart. Dr. Agarwal is downright dreamy ! Go here! Get screened! They are wonderful!
