Receptionist at station 6 was very rude. From 1-3 pm she was rude to us. We asked a question of where someone was located and she sighed and rolled her eyes at us. She just pointed in the direction, didn’t even tell us where to go. Very unprofessional. She is very glad I didn’t verbally confront her. But makes me want to go back and verbally bring it up. I don’t like the way she treated us. I am and will not let this go. Watch urself girl.
The staff at the reception desk (Station 5) behaved unprofessionally and communicated in a rude, dismissive, and disrespectful manner. I have never encountered such a person at a reception desk who would allow themselves to speak to a patient in this manner.
Put my immigration IME NUMBER wrong and because of that ircc never received my medical on time. Doing stupid mistakes.
