My Doctor is fine ...however calling can be very annoying as many times no one picks up, they didnt make it clear that one should book walk ins online as going in one will find difficulties. I have never had issues with the lab until recently when I was turned away and told to come next day and check in online...this is not an option in my line of work. I arrived early enough and there was a 15 min wait time...and lots of time before close. I went to the lab in hospital instead and no issues . Get your priorities straight
I am currently 39 weeks pregnant and I also have older children. Last week I was unable to see the doctor because I waited for more than 1.5 hours and then had no choice but to leave in order to pick up my children from school and daycare. I explained THREE times that I cannot keep coming to appointments and waiting 2+ hours with no idea when I will actually be seen. I have children, responsibilities, and a job. Very disappointing experience. I went to this clinic expecting walk-in services, only to be turned away. The staff stated that it is NOT A WALK-IN CLINIC FOR PEOPLE WITHOUT A FAMILY DOCTOR AT BRANDON CLINIC. This means their “walk-in” is only for their own patients, which is misleading. Please be aware and don’t waste your time going there if you are not already registered with them.
Very difficult to get a hold of reception. I have been trying to book an appointment for two weeks, but every time I call, I'm left on hold with the worst, most rage inducing hold music. The longest I have lasted before having to hang up is 15 minutes.
