Its too bad the stations dont answer phone calls. If only the doctors knew how bad it was and causing them to lose patients. The CEO is not very helpful either
Billed for a missed appointment that I drove into town for and attended. No recourse for their mistake other than me having to pay $50. Reception is rude and combatative - if they even pick up the phone.

My Doctor is fine ...however calling can be very annoying as many times no one picks up, they didnt make it clear that one should book walk ins online as going in one will find difficulties. I have never had issues with the lab until recently when I was turned away and told to come next day and check in online...this is not an option in my line of work. I arrived early enough and there was a 15 min wait time...and lots of time before close. I went to the lab in hospital instead and no issues . Get your priorities straight
