I did like Dr. Woods but his staff has got to be the most SUPID people alive. I was referred to by Dr. Woods to a neurological Institute. When I called the institute they said they did not have the fax. So I called back my Dr. and they said they already faxed it but they had faxed it to the wrong number so I had to look up the Institute online and give them the correct fax number. Why am I not getting paid to do the Doctors job.

The front staff are AMAZING, I have been with dr woods for over a year now I believe but He and his staff are amazing!!! I know that Phoenician in general can be difficult to communicate with due to the answering service but it’s worth it because Dr. Brandon Woods and his staff are great!! They see and work with an immense amount of people and we all have bad days but my quality of life and some of my pain has genuinely improved and he listens so does his MA I hope I can keep him for as long as he’s a neurologist!!!!
