I met Dr. Qualls while I was in the out patient program at Butler Hospital. I have continued to consult with the doctor because he provides me with time that is needed to properly treat my condition. I am fortunate to have met him for he has taken the time to understand my needs. In my opinion he is a brilliant doctor of psychiatry.
Dr. Qualls truly listens to me and gives quality advice.
He’s is very insightful but no nonsense. He expects a lot but gives a lot and is extremely fair. He’s definitely what is needed to manage conditions. Adore him.
