Wrote a very short sighted trust. Didn’t mention that the way the trust was written allowed Medicaid to take everything. There was no information given on how we could preserve some of the family “wealth.” He did cost a whole lot of money though. We had to pay another lawyer to amend his work.
Brandon was great! He answered our questions in a timely manner and was very pleasant to work with. Would recommend highly recommend Brandon.
He did the work initially but doesn’t answer any follow up calls.
