Dr. Bolfing, his nurse, and his staff have always been responsive, courteous, and professional. Messages in portal are answered quickly, his referrals are excellent, and he spends time with you at annual visits. Very experienced. Very caring. And we are happy to have found him.
He is the best doctor, so personable.
After multiple annuals being cancelled by the office themselves, the downfall arrived. To be seen the same day is impossible and they will have appointments available weeks out which is inexcusable when seeking care. The stake in the heart was when I recently needed a refill for my prescription, I was denied since I need to be reevaluated.
