We originally started our 1st Home search with a different lender, but Brandon came highly recommended by one of our closest friends. We took a chance at changing our lender and we are so happy we did. He was always available for us and did everything he could to make our lives and this process of buying a house SO SMOOTH! Will be recommending him to our friends and family.
Worked with Brandon on my first house. Despite the anxious feelings from being a first time home buyer, he made sure to give me the best options. He assured me I could call and ask him questions 7 days a week! That goes along way when you know nothing about purchasing a home. Anything that came my way for signature was followed by a call with an explanation or breakdown of what it was. There was never anything left in question. I will be reaching out for any other purchase in the future!
We worked with Brandon on the purchase of our new home. Brandon was very knowledgeable regarding the purchasing process and was also available to answer any of our questions. He advised us that we should lock our loan as he was watching the market and it was becoming more volatile by the day. If we had not locked when he advised, our rate would have jumped almost a point.
