Brandon was professional, dedicated & transparent loan officer. I took 1 star out not because of Brandon but because those underwriters and the loan companies. they asked for rather duplicate non-necessary docs from CPA without analyzing the docs for themselves when they have the docs with them
Brandon was available on phone, email or text anytime of the day or night. He answered all questions asked, was patient while explaining or answering questions. He made the whole process smooth, highly recommend.
Rate made refinancing fairly easy. Brandon and his team are always on top of it and very professional. This is second time I have used Rate and will use them again in the future.
