Front desk is super rude. I was in the waiting room and two girls came in to ask a question. When the girls left, the front desk started loudly making fun of them. No professionalism at all.
Even after having appointment they call you to the back an hour later. I highly recommend finding another doctor.
PAULA PROUCH IS AMAZING SHE GENUINELY CARES ABOUT HER PATIENTS. I AM SO GLAD I HAVE BEEN BLESSED TO HAVE SUCH A WONDERFUL DOCTOR. I HAVE BEEN LOOSING WEIGHT RAPIDLY WITHOUT TRYING AND IT HAS RAISED GREAT CONCERN. PAULA HAS BEEN DILIGENT WITH ORDERING DIFFERENT TEST TO ASSIST WITH FINDING THE CAUSE. AFTER PREVIOUSLY GOING TO MULTIPLE PHYSICIANS AND NOT BEING TAKING SERIOUSLY. SINCE I SWITCHED TO PAULA SHE HAS BEEN GOD SENT.
