staff is very rude. i received a voicemail as i filled out the online form to request an appointment as a new patient. they told me to give them a call back so that i could get an appointment, so i did. once i did call, the receptionist was very rude. she told me “there was no way they could have called you” with an attitude. i was literally called, and received a voicemail that told me to call? how am i meant to make an appointment in the first place if this is the runaround for new patients..? just seems very disorganized.... read more

Some of the worst services I’ve ever experienced in the medical industry. This office should adopt online form completion prior to appointments instead of cancelling if you don’t show up 30 minutes early. Or maybe even try to schedule appointments accordingly. What sense does it make to schedule a 1:30 appointment with required arrival at 1, that’s a 1 o clock appointment. Gain some competency.

At this point it may be time to find a new office. Can't get ahold of anyone ever. I was told recently to take a certain dosage but the prescription that was put in says other wise. And cant set the thing to the correct one. Called in finally got someone was told they would call back and have yet to hear from them. This is a constant issue with this place.
