This facility is not patient-friendly. Phones aren't answered. Messages never returned. Necessary documentation never sent. My husband was called to reschedule his appointment due to the hurricane. He was told to come in the next day. He and another patient showed up at the appointed time, 8:00 am. Nobody was there, and there was no message on the door; the office was closed, and no one called back to say the office was closed or to reschedule.
The office its self is great! But the parking at this building is ridiculous! The spaces are so tight you pretty much are blocked in if you have cars on both sides. And if you don’t have an appointment first thing good luck finding a spot! The whole parking lot does not need to be compact size spaces!!
Front desk is rude here. Providers are okay. Basically my mom came into the office and was told she had a $313 balance and when questioned the attitudes started. So the reason why the balance came about was because THEY had the wrong billing address but they blamed us for it. But it was their error. No accountability for their error, no customer service, but yet it was OUR fault. We have been here twice since the issue started (we didn’t know there was a billing problem.) The communication within this office is the worst I have ever experienced. I’ve been coming to this office for years, but took a brief pause to see if I could find a PCP closer to home. I decided to go again because they are the only office around that can get you in quickly and not make you wait months. They had me do an ultrasound in April, they didn’t call me back for results until end of July, I ended up calling myself for results sometime in May, but I guess they didn’t note that.
