PAULA PROUCH IS AMAZING SHE GENUINELY CARES ABOUT HER PATIENTS. I AM SO GLAD I HAVE BEEN BLESSED TO HAVE SUCH A WONDERFUL DOCTOR. I HAVE BEEN LOOSING WEIGHT RAPIDLY WITHOUT TRYING AND IT HAS RAISED GREAT CONCERN. PAULA HAS BEEN DILIGENT WITH ORDERING DIFFERENT TEST TO ASSIST WITH FINDING THE CAUSE. AFTER PREVIOUSLY GOING TO MULTIPLE PHYSICIANS AND NOT BEING TAKING SERIOUSLY. SINCE I SWITCHED TO PAULA SHE HAS BEEN GOD SENT. Been a patient here for 13 years. They are the best!
This facility is not patient-friendly. Phones aren't answered. Messages never returned. Necessary documentation never sent. My husband was called to reschedule his appointment due to the hurricane. He was told to come in the next day. He and another patient showed up at the appointed time, 8:00 am. Nobody was there, and there was no message on the door; the office was closed, and no one called back to say the office was closed or to reschedule.
The office its self is great! But the parking at this building is ridiculous! The spaces are so tight you pretty much are blocked in if you have cars on both sides. And if you don’t have an appointment first thing good luck finding a spot! The whole parking lot does not need to be compact size spaces!!
