I’ve been going here for about a year.I had several issues with the office personnel . They have a bunch of different doctors in one office.I’ve changed doctors once because the doctors assistant didn’t return calls after calling 4 times and no one did anything about it. My second doctor there i love but now their assistant is doing the same thing. My daughter saw Dr Christiana for a primary care appointment for a regular check up. This place has alot of hidden fees.
I’ve been going to Brandon primary care for 8-9 years since I moved to Brandon. The doctors and nurse practitioners are fine, but the front desk is so unprofessional, I’ve heard them making fun of other patients, I’ve been hung up on, and phone calls not returned. I’m so tired of getting attitude. Front desk is super rude. I was in the waiting room and two girls came in to ask a question. When the girls left, the front desk started loudly making fun of them. No professionalism at all.
