I absolutely love my dr - Christine is a wonderful human, and actually cares about me and what I need in order to actually treat my issues and feel better. My previous dr, however, and most of the office staff...not so much. Most of the girls at the desk are rude both over the phone and when you are in the office. I have referred a few people and they all say the same thing. Wonderful Christine, terrible check ins.
I see Sarah Mastro and she is incredible She listens and really cares and is so compassionate and kind She helped my husband until he passed away and treated him with respect and kindness, she goes above and beyond and he had total respect for her and her knowledge, after his passing she was so kind to me and I know I would never have handled it as well without her guidance and kindness. This woman is a saint and I can’t express enough the respect and gratitude I have for her
On depression meds. Called and left vm 5 days ago. Told of bad depression and my meds are making me angry. Still no response.
Dr. Halim is kind and thorough! At my new patient appointment she really took the time to get to know me and better understand my needs and concerns. She was careful to address all of my concerns and found solutions quickly when the insurnace wasn’t cooperating. Candace is very thorough as well and communicates superbly. The office staff is efficient and approachable. My husband and I are glad to have found a medical home.
Booked a new appointment over the phone here hoping this office had a friendly and organized staff. Office sent me an appointment email with a calendar invite to arrive at a certain time for the appointment. I took a half day at work and arrived 8 minutes late from the scheduled time. I was told that I was too late and needed to reschedule. I was shocked and said for 8 minutes? She said I was supposed to be there 30 minutes early for paperwork yet that was never communicated.
