I have a cat and dog that are difficult patients. The doctors at Brandon Animal Hospital are so patient and caring with them. They take the time to listen to your concerns and explain different treatment options. They are also good about scheduling urgent appointments quickly and following up over the phone when necessary.

I ended up needing a vet today when I woke up to my dog’s face swollen and she clearly being in pain. Brandon Animal Hospital was able to fit me in the same day and took amazing care of her. They were so sweet and gentle and seemed to genuinely care about her. Dr. Conner was absolutely wonderful and explained all the procedures to me since this is my first dog and I’ve never experienced any kind of emergency before.
