Great experience
Here is my experience. I have witnessed rudeness towards their own customers - it was something to behold. There appears to be a prevailing arrogance that comes from the top and filters down to the staff. They seem to push you to email communications in every aspect, and yet, do not respond to the emails. Any face to face questions, or anything that takes them away from scrolling on tik-tok , seems to be an inconvenience, and they gave me the appearance to be annoyed by the question.
