Was stuck with a flat tire in the middle of the night on a highway. Called Brando towing - someone actually picked up the phone instead of going to vcml and quoted me a price and a time. They were there within the time frame (25 min), very professional. I felt safe and relieved I was no longer stranded in the middle of a highway. Driver was careful with my car & a pleasant conversationalist on the way. If I’m ever in need - will use this company again.

My mechanic called for a tow truck gave them the address. They got it wrong then after the fact charged me an additional $30. They already had possession of my vehicle so i had no choice. Just spent an extra $30 because of this company’s mistake. Someone else was going to do for the same price but had a longer ETA. Which would have been okay since the vehicle was at my apartment complex. Why should a customer pay for your mistake?

Our tow truck driver was very friendly and patient. This is by far the best towing services I have received from a tow company in Orlando. I would recommend these guys to anyone!
