Ordered wristbands for my book release with more than enough time to come in and I’m still waiting on my package. I paid for rushed shipping and for my wristbands to be made in Houston and it is well past my estimated shipment date and the order of my status says in production over seas. I’ve sent emails and have called their customer service number everyday with no response. Have no idea on how to get in contact with anyone or even how to get my money back.

We provide a therapeutic weekend camp for children who have lost a parent or sibling in Georgia and these wristbands are utilized as a therapeutic tool to help our campers remember all of the coping skills we discuss during camp. After extensive online research of product quality, shipment speed, and price, I chose to use this company to produce my church's buttons. I now use them yearly and have yet to have any issue. I always pay to have the proof sent to me for review and they always manage to work with me in making sure that everything I need is on the product while remaining clear and visible.
